Can an employee receive multiple paystubs or paychecks within the same pay cycle?
Yes. You can add Additional Checks or Bonus Checks within the same pay cycle. From the “Payroll Entry” screen, select “Add Additional Checks” and follow the on-screen instructions. Will Epaypayroll help me track and accrue vacation, sick, and/or personal days?
Yes. Within the Employee Information screen, you will be able to adjust the rate at which each employee earns paid time off such as vacation, sick and personal time. You also have the ability to set a maximum number of accrued days per employee.
Can my completed payroll data be exported into Excel/Quicken/Quickbooks?
Yes. Epaypayroll offers our customers the ability to download summary level payroll data for use in QuickBooks. Yes. We can handle a range of by InstantSavings job classifications levels that allows you to report payroll information for different departments, divisions and/or locations. This enables you to get a handle on labor expense allocations.
Can I submit pay adjustments for employees that are separate from their salary.
